The Austalian Barn Owl


About:
The Australian Barn Owl.
Habitat:
The Barn Owl roost in hollow logs,caves or trees.They like to live in open countries like farms and lightly wooded forest.
Feeding:
Barn owls mostly feed on small mammals in the night like mice and birds but sometimes insects,frogs and lizards eaten.Barn Owls hunt in flight,searching for prey on the ground.
Breeding:
Barn Owls do not have an breeding season.They lay up to 4 to 7 pale white eggs.The mother incubates the eggs,but both care for the young.
